And In the matter of : Moyna Bibi @ Moyna Sardar & Anr. ……Petitioners. Mr. Satadru Lahiri Mr. Jyotirmoy Talukdar Mr. Poulam Dey ……for the Petitioners. Mr. Pradip Banerjee, Ld. APP Ms. Priti Kar Bagchi ….for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits petitioners are in custody for about 11 months and are similarly situated as the other accused person, namely Moriyam Khatun @ Moriom Khatun @ Monira Khatun who has been granted bail in CRM (M) 638 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the locus standi of the present petitioner. Considering the issue of parity I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. 2 Accordingly, petitioners namely, Moyna Bibi @ Moyna Sardar and Alam Sardar @ Md. Alam Sardar be released on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Moriyam Khatun @ Moriom Khatun @ Monira Khatun in CRM (M) 638 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1803 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
