The petitioner in the present petition is a resident of Dungarpur and this Court has no jurisdiction to hear the present petition as the jurisdiction to hear the same lies with Principal Seat at Jodhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the earlier round of litigation, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted interim protection in SBCWP No.11364/2025 dated 30.07.2025. As both the petitions deserve to be heard by the Principal Seat at Jodhpur, Registry is directed to transfer both the cases at Principal Seat at Jodhpur, where the jurisdiction lies.
