Counsel for respondent has endorsed ‘no objection’ on the memo. 3. Memo reads as under: “The petitioner unconditionally submits that he is ready and willing to pay the balance amount and 40% as passed by the Trial Court to the respondent in four equal instalments commencing from May 15th 2026 to Augustt 2026. Hence this memo.” 4. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands disposed of. 5.
