Learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submits that in respect of a connected matter, the Co-ordinate Bench of this - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010568862026 NC: 2026:KHC:47514 WP No. 26271 of 2026 Court had passed an order to dispose of the matter within 30 days from 25.09.2026. 3. Considering the submission, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i. The trial Court shall consider I.A.Nos.1 and 2 in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days from 25.09.2026, notwithstanding the fact that the suit summons are not served on the defendants. ii. The petitioner is at liberty to advance the matter. iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iv. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
