Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 28th July, 2026 in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner, bank authority and State respondents. 2. Learned advocate representing State respondent has filed two communications one dated 18th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Bizpur Police Station and another is also dated 18th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Chakdah Police Station, Ranaghat Police District and same are taken on record. 3. It is disclosed in communication dated 18th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Chakdah Police Station that based on complaint a case was started on 18th July, 2026 by registering an FIR being Bizpur Police Station Case No.217/26. Petitioner has prayed for recovery of amount which was allegedly siphoned off from account of petitioner. 4. In view of registration of FIR based on complaint lodged by petitioner, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of BNSS seeking further relief. 5. With aforesaid clarification, writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
