Pleader Ms. Ashima Das (Sil) ..for the State Mr. Ranjit Singh ..for the respondent nos. 5 to 7. After going through the averments made in the writ petition this Court finds that the petitioners have in effect challenging a registered instrument namely a deed of gift and has prayed for cancellation of the same in a writ petition. That apart the petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, the local police station to take the necessary action against the respondents. After going through the averments made in the writ petition this Court finds that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely a civil dispute pertaining to an immovable property. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners. Accordingly, WPA 6916 of 2026 stands dismissed. 2 There shall be however no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
