It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the daughter in law of Kaveri who has made a complaint before the first respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act dated 24.07.2024 and the same is assigned as the proceedings dated 14.11.2024 which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel and perused the materials placed on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2024 and conclude the proceedings dated 14.11.2024 in Na.Ka.No.4728/2024/A3 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties.
