Heard Sri Srijan Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that learned trial court be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 4773 of 2021, (Gaurav Saxena Vs. Pulkit Sharma) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, P.S. Civil Lines, District Aligarh, pending in the Court of Additional Court/Special Court (NI Act), Aligarh, within stipulated time. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present case is pending since long and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. Keeping in view the period of pendency of the case, it is directed that court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either sides. With this direction, this application is disposed of without issuing any notice to O.P. No. 2 as it is an innocuous order. If the O.P. Nos. 2 feels aggrieved, he may approach this Court.
