No.2114 of 2026 ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP No.35586 of 2025, dated 22.09.2025, wherein this Court had directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 2. In compliance thereof, the respondent had conducted inspection and earmarked encroachments. Thereafter, proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act have also been initiated and notices have been issued to the encroachers. 3.
