Respondent No.4 has neither considered the representation nor passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that, if a reasonable time is granted, respondent No.4 will consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.11.2024 vide Annexure-L, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.4, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii.
