Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(iii) in Crl.O.P.No.12830 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Salem, on alternate days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders. 4.
