Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kandhamal (Opposite Party No.4) to consider the objection filed by the Petitioners as per Annexure-3 by granting due opportunity of hearing to them and take a decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
