Petitioners has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal. 2 / 2 (ii) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2, Director, Directorate of Women And Child Development, Raipur (C.G.) to decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure P/2) for revocation from suspension of petitioner within the period of 30 days in the interest of justice. (iii) That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondents to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony, harassment and hardships suffered by him as also cost of the litigation.” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition only seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner against the order of his suspension. He contended that petitoner had submitted appeal before respondent No. 2 and sent it by speed post on 06.02.2026, however, even after lapse of more than 45 days, appeal submitted by the petitioner had not been decided and therefore, direction be issued to consider the appeal of the petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner against his order of suspension, within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
