ORAL ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking following prayer.
a. Issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, Order, or Direction, directing the Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge
JMFC, Sira, to pronounce orders forthwith on I.A.No.2 filed on 07.06.2024 vide Annexure F under Section 151 of CPC in O.S.No.285/2023 within a strict time-frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;
b. PASS such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case, including the cost of this petition, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application IA No.2 is filed seeking police protection in the year 2024 and so far the Trial Court has not disposed of the same. Considering the fact that application has been pending since 2024, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the IA within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. ii. All pending I.As, if any, in the petition shall stand closed.
