However, learned Rent Tribunal may be directed to decide the application pending since 2021 as expeditiously as possible. 2. Per contra learned counsel for the respondents submits that already a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8318/2022 vide order dated 03.05.2023 has already directed to decide the writ petition within period of one year. 3. Heard. 4. This Court finds that when already the order dated 03.05.2023 for deciding the rent petition within period of one year is there in operation, no fresh order is required to be passed now. 5.
