Considering the same, the stipulation in Paragraph No.7(iii) imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.MP.No.8456 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.625 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 that “ the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court for SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act), Tiruvannamalai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders”, is modified to the effect that “ the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till pending disposal of the appeal.
