Page No.# 3/3 This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking corrections of the name of the petitioner in the cause title of WP(C) No.123/2026. In the writ petition the name of the writ petitioner is reflected as Mrs. Jasmine Begum, wife of Tafajul Ali. Learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner submits that the correct name of the petitioner ought to have been Mrs. Jasmin Begum. He therefore submits that the prayer made in the Interlocutory Application should be allowed and the petitioner should be permitted to incorporate the correct name of the writ petitioner as ‘Mrs. Jasmin Begum’ instead of ‘Mrs. Jasmine Begum’ in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object to the payer made in the Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application stands allowed. The writ petitioner is permitted to file amended cause title incorporating the correct name of the writ petitioner as ‘Mrs. Jasmin Begum’ instead of ‘Mrs. Jasmine Begum’ before the Registry within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today.
