Petitioner alleging harassment by private respondents prays for police protection by directing concerned police authorities to take steps. 3. Learned advocates representing State respondents as well respondent nos.6 to 8 have jointly submitted that based on complaint alleging harassment by private respondents an FIR was drawn up being Bidhannagar Women Police Station FIR No.19/24 dated 14th November, 2024 and on concluding investigation charge-sheet was filed on 7th December, 2024. It is also submitted that court below has taken cognizance of offence. 4. Since based on complaint aforesaid criminal prosecution was initiated which was culminated into filing of charge-sheet on 7th December, 2024, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 5.
