The prayer of the petitioner is that in light of the fact that he has already completed more than three years of service at his present place of posting, i.e. GSSS Aura, District Chamba, H.P., as TGT (Arts), which station stands declared as a difficult area, the petitioner be transferred outside the said area. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation in this regard, copy whereof is appended with the petition as Annexure P/2. 3.
