IN THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA AT BENGALURU [SRI N V SATYANARAYANA VS. SMARTOWNER SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED AND OTHERS] 09.09.2026 (VIDEO CONFERENCING / PHYSICAL HEARING) CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.T. NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER Notice issued to respondent Nos.1 and 3 is served and they remained unrepresented. Notice issued to respondent No.2 returned with postal shara as 'left without instructions'. This Court on 28.11.2025, permitted the petitioner to take out notice to the advocate who had issued reply to Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 notice and if so replied, he is also permitted to take out hand summons on the learned counsel for respondents. The petitioner has filed a memo enclosing the acknowledgement for having served the counsel, who appeared for respondent No.2 in the connected matters. Since none appears for respondent No.2, service of notice to respondent No.2 is held sufficient.
