1. The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 30/2026 registered at Police Station Bhawani Mandi District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Sections 8/20, 29, 30 of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicants have submitted that approximately 2.9 kilograms of ganja has been recovered. It is submitted that the recovered quantity is much less than the prescribed commercial quantity of 20 kilograms. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant matters. It is next submitted that the applicants are sole bread earners of their family. Moreover, it is submitted that except the applicant, namely Balu s/o Puraji, there exist no criminal antecedents qua the other applicants.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the instant bail applications but not able to refute the contentions put forth.
4. Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the fact that the recovered
[2026:RJ-JP:10955] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2134/2026] quantity of ganja is much less than the prescribed commercial quantity; that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant matters; that all the applicants are sole bread earners of their family; that except the applicant, namely Balu s/o Puraji, there exist no criminal antecedents qua the other applicants, and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case but without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the accused-applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Govind Singh S/o Balu Singh, Sardar Singh S/o Mangu Singh, Shabbir Hussain S/o Abdul Gafur, Prahlad Singh S/o Pur Singh & Balu S/o Puraji shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
