Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that they being ma- jors have solemnized marriage with their own consent in accordance with law. However, the private respondents are not accepting the marriage of the peti- tioners and are extending threats to them. The copies of 'Aadhaar' cards (An- nexures P-1 and P-3) of petitioners No.1 and 2 have been placed on record. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
