JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2025 vide Annexure-P, wherein the petitioner made a request for appointment on compassionate ground. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider the representation dated 05.12.2025 of the petitioner vide Annexure-P and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 05.12.2025 vide Annexure-P and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. ii.
