This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS in connection with Angara P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

It is alleged that the tractor with trolley of the informant was stolen.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and recovery is not made from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner is languishing in jail since 30.08.2025 and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Angara P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
