The petitioner seeks for early disposal of HMOP.No.98 of 2024, pending on the file of Sub-Court, Katpadi, Vellore District. 2. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is his wife. H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2024 has been filed seeking for dissolution of marriage. The petitioner is working in the Indian Army and has been now posted to the Border area in the north of India. The petitioner claims that it is difficult for him to attend the hearings if the aforesaid HMOP is not disposed of as expeditiously as possible. In HMOP, pleadings are complete and the matter is ripe for final hearing. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Sub-Court, Katpadi, Vellore District, to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court directs the Sub-Court, Katpadi, Vellore District, to dispose of HMOP.No.98 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent in this CRP is dispensed with.
