Pr. Chief Conservator of Forests, (Working Plan & Settlement) HP at Mandi. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid orders reveals that the directions contained in the judgment dated 22.05.2025, passed in CWP No. 8423 of 2025, titled, Brij Lal & 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 another vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, have been complied with and the petitioners have been extended the benefit in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 1595 of 2025, titled, State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Surajmani and others. 3. In view of the aforesaid observations, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is disposed of as fully satisfied. However, the respondents are directed to pass the fixation orders in terms of the aforesaid office orders within four weeks’ from today, if not already done.
