Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Page No.# 2/2 contemnor. 2. The instant application has been filed alleging willful and deliberate violation to the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No.1083/2025 whereby there was a direction for release of the vehicle. 3. Mr. D. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contemnor has produced a document before this Court and submits that the vehicle has been released. The said document is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that the vehicle has been released. 5. Taking into account the above, this Court drops the instant contempt proceedings. 6. It is observed that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the order, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to any other proceedings available under law.
