1. Heard Sri Ravikant Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S.B. Singh, learned AGA for the State.
2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on short term bail in Case Crime No.208 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 435, 427, 379, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi, during pendency of the trial.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, instant short term bail application was filed by applicant due to the marriage of his daughter but he does not want to press the instant short term bail application as the marriage of his daughter has already been solemnized and, therefore, instant short term bail application may be dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Learned AGA is having no objection.
5. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, instant short term bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. May 5, 2026 S.A.
