In terms of the direction contained in the order dated July 27, 2026, the petitioner was called for a further X-Ray to ascertain the medical condition of the petitioner. 2. Ms. Alam, learned Advocate appearing for the Union of India, submits that such investigation has been done and also hands up a copy of the findings of the Review Medical Board upon such fresh X-Ray being done, which is kept on record. 3. As it appears from the findings of the Review Medical Examination report dated August 28, 2026, the petitioner has been found fit. 4. In view of such findings of the Review Medical Board, the authority is directed to recommend and appoint the petitioner to his requisite post of Constable (GD), subject to available vacancy within a period of four weeks from date. 5. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is 2 disposed of. 6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.
