Heard the learned counsel, Smt.Likitha M., appearing for the petitioner, Smt.Waheeda M.M., learned HCGP appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record.
2. The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer:
"(a) Issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus to issue a direction to Learned I Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore to conclude the trial in C.C.No.25475/2023 within period of Three months. The copy of Entire order sheet is produced and marked as Annexure 'C' insofar petitioner concerned.
(b) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity."

3. The petitioner is the accused, who is alleged of the offence punishable under Section 380 of the IPC. The issue is pending before the concerned Court since 2023 and the perusal of the order sheet appended to the petition would indicate that the proceedings have not proceeded forward at all.
4. In the light of the proceedings being of the year 2023, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to endeavour to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order, in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands
disposed.
