State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the injury reports of Ali Urgent and Md. Ikbal Hossain. I have taken into account the injury report as well as the statement of the injured. 2 Having considered the complicity of the present petitioners in inflicting injuries, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 923 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
