Essentially, what has been sought for by the petitioner is for consideration of the representation dated 13.05.2022 at Annexure-H to implement the order dated 16.07.2004 passed by the Company Court in Company Application No.12/2002 and other connected matters. 3. The liquidation process of the respondent is still going on. It would be for the petitioner to move the Company Court seized of the liquidation process seeking for the appropriate remedies.
