PER COURT :
1. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following reliefs :
“a) Rule be issued; b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to release the present Applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C.R. No. 238 of 2025 registered with Bhudargad Police Station, Dist. Kolhapur on any such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; osk 1 of

2. Mr. Kunal Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is a young boy. Mr. Kunal Patil, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.
3. Dr. Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for the Respondents-State submits that she has no objection for withdrawal of the present Application and grant of liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court.
4. Considering that the Applicant who is aged 21 years as stated in the cause title and by Mr. Kunal Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court, after a period of nine months from today, in the event there is no progress in the trial.
5. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, the same may be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
6. Criminal Bail Application No. 791 of 2026 is disposed of.
