JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 27/02/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, submits that the petitioners have passed their supplementary examinations, the result of which has been declared on 25.02.2026 and thus, they are eligible for being considered for allotment of SR-ship by the respondents. The factum of the petitioners having cleared the supplementary examination is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent as well and upon instructions, he further submits that the petitioners would be duly considered in the second round of counselling of SR-ship. In view of the said submission, nothing further is required to be considered in the matter and with the said observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
