Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.07 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.32 of 2026 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Athmallik on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. The victim is alleged to have been subjected to sexual mischief in the hands of the petitioner and she is a married lady. The petitioner is also a married person and as revealed from the FIR i.e. Annexure-1, he developed relationship with the victim. The details of circumstances leading to lodging of the report are revealed therein. It has been alleged that there was a false promise of marriage to the victim from the side of the petitioner. p. 2 4. Recorded the objection of the State. 5. Considering the above facts and that they are married individuals and are adults and having been in a relationship which ultimately deteriorated leading to the lodging the FIR i.e. Annexure-1, this Court, taking into account the above facts though not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, is of the view that he should be directed to surrender before the learned court below for being released with suitable conditions. 6. Accordingly, it is ordered. 7. In the result, ABLAPL is disposed of. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a period of fifteen days from today before the learned S.D.J.M., Athmallik, he shall be released on bail in connection with Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.07 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.32 of 2026 subject to him furnishing a bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned court below, which shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, he shall not cause any harm or commit mischief against the victim informant in any manner, whatsoever, while on bail and to cooperate the I.O. in the investigation, till its conclusion. 8.
