Mr. H. Samarjit, learned senior counsel and PP appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said small correction. In view of the submission made above, the present application is hereby allowed, the counsel for the petitioner is allowed to insert the words “Section 37 ND&PS Act” as prayed for.
