Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is selected for the post of Nurse, Grade-II. But to deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the concerned authorities are not providing the necessary documents to the petitioner and, as such, the petitioner is not in a position to join the said post. 2. She submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal and the appeal is pending before the Appellate Tribunal and prays for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. WPA 14666 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
