SHA ORDER Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to this petition being allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits 30% of the balance compensation amount before the trial court and produces the deposit receipt on the next date fixed. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit 30% of the remaining compensation amount before the trial court. He further submits that he will produce the deposit receipt on the next date fixed, and prays that the present petition and the main case may be considered by this Court upon production of the said receipt. 3.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to deposit 30% of the compensation amount before the trial court and is directed to produce the deposit receipt on the next date fixed.
