The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of MAT Suit no. 3003 of 2024 from the Court of the Learned District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to the Court of Learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar. 3. The petitioner/wife herein resides with her 7 years old child at Shibpara, Village – Matiari, P. O. – Banpur, P. S. – Kishangunj, District – Nadia, PIN 741503. 4. The husband/opposite party resides at Village- Matiari, P. O. Banpur, P. S. Kishangunj, District- Nadia, PIN- 741503 at present residing at House of Smt. Shila Mondal, Buderhat, P. 2 2 S. Panchasayar, P. O. Kalikapur, Kolkata – 700099, District – South 24 Parganas. 5. On hearing the learned counsels for both the parties and also on considering that the ordinary place of residence of the child is at Krishnagar, Nadia, this Court relying upon its order dated 27.03.2026 passed in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors. directs that Matrimonial Suit No.3003 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of Learned District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and be transferred to the Court of Learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar. 6. Learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 7. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the Learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 8. As no affidavits have been called for, the allegations made in the civil revision are denied. 3 3 9. CO 782 of 2025 is disposed of. 10. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 11.
