In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction upon the respondents to appoint them on the post of Assistant Teacher in Class-VI to Class-VIII. 3. During course of arguments, it has been fairly submitted by the parties all three petitioners i.e. Seema Lakra, Nalini Mahto and Sarita Xalxo in their categories and subjects, have obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, since the appointment process is continuing, in future, if it is found that any person obtaining lesser marks than the petitioners in the subject and the category, the liberty is given to the petitioners to approach Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission for appropriate relief(s). W.P.(S) No. 7065 of 2025 In this writ petition, the petitioners have also prayed for a direction to appoint them to the post of Assistant Teacher in Class-VI to Class-VIII. 2. The parties have admitted that petitioner No. 1 (Jacinta Anima Toppo) and petitioner No. 2 (Antan Neteesh Horo) have been declared successful. That being so, it is expected that the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission will recommend the name of the petitioners, who thereafter will be issued appointment letter, if they otherwise are found eligible. 3. So far as petitioner No. 3 (Samuel Hembrom) is concerned, it is submitted that admittedly he in his category and subject, has obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, no relief can be granted to the petitioner No. 3. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 6.
