Issue a Writ or ordered or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the Circumstance of case in the interest of justice and equity. 3. What is challenged is the show-cause notice issued under Section 58 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963, dated 27.07.2026, produced at Annexures-G and H, whereby the petitioner was called upon to submit his reply on or before 10.08.2026. The petitioner, having not submitted his reply to the said show-cause notice, has approached this Court seeking quashing of the same. 4.
