learned counsel for the appellant who appears physically before this Court and Sri.D.Vijaya Kumar learned counsel for respondent No.2 who appears through video conference collectively submit that the appellant and respondent No.2 came to an understanding and arrived at a settlement. As per the settlement, appellant agreed to receive a sum of Rs.35,000/- in total without interest from respondent No.2 as compensation.
2. Both the learned counsel seek to dispose of the appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at.
3. Having considered the submission thus made, the appeal is disposed of with the following:-
ORDER i. The award passed by the Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-III, Chitradurga

Respondent No.2 shall pay appellant a sum of Rs.35,000/- in total towards compensation. iii. Compensation shall be deposited within a period of eight weeks. iv.
