This interlocutory application has been filed for allowing the applicant to delete the name of the applicant/ petitioner No.9, namely, Deepjyoti Kalita in the connected writ petition due to certain settlement that has been arrived at between the respondent authorities. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not have any objection in deleting the name of the petitioner No.9 appearing in the connected writ petition. Page No.# 3/3 4.
