This interlocutory application has been filed for allowing the applicant to delete the name of the applicant/ petitioner No.9, namely, Deepjyoti Kalita in the connected writ petition due to certain settlement that has been arrived at between the respondent authorities. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not have any objection in deleting the name of the petitioner No.9 appearing in the connected writ petition. Page No.# 3/3 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant interlocutory application is disposed of with a direction to the Registry to delete the name of petitioner No.9 Deepjyoti Kalita from the connected writ petition i.e. WP (C) 2729/2023.
