**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged violation of the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-2984-2026 (Annexure P1). The operative part of the said order is as under:-
“In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law/rules, within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioner is held entitled for grant of relief as claimed in the representation, as per law/rules, the same be granted within a period of one month thereafter.”

Mr.Arun Bansal and Mr.Manvik Kaur, Advocates and Mr.Ravinder Singh Rawal, AAG, Punjab acepts notice and placed on record copy of the speaking order dated 12.08.2026, as passed by the Director School Education (SE), Punjab, in order to show the compliance of order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-2984-2026 (Annexure P1). Copy of the same has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.

Since the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP- 2984-2026 (Annexure P1) already stands complied with, no further action is required.

In case, petitioner is not satisfied with the order dated 12.08.2026, as placed on record by learned counsel for the State today, he is at liberty to avail the remedy available with her in order to challenge the same. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
