JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional SPP appearing for respondent No.1/State. 2. This petitioner is accused No.2 and also the father- in-law of the complainant. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court the complaint dated 11.05.2019, wherein Crime No.151/2019 is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 114 read with Section 34 of IPC. 3. Having perused the contents of the complaint, except the word used in the complaint that this petitioner is supporting her husband for physical and mental harassment, nothing is stated against the petitioner. The offences under - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010239842019 NC: 2026:KHC:48414 CRL.P No. 5805 of 2019 Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC does not attract against this petitioner. Only Section 114 of IPC could be invoked. Having considered the contents of the complaint, except the statement that father-in-law is supporting her husband, nothing is stated and hence, it is a fit case to quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioner as ingredients of Section 114 of IPC also does not attract.
