The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Burmu PS Case No.60 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, at Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are young boys and they are the students and scuffle took place due to land dispute between the parties and both sides are agnets. He next submits that so far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them of assault. He further submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.20 of the petition. On

these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that assault has been made and pursuant to that the son of the informant has received injury.

Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that the allegation is there of assault against Matiul Ansari and Kudus and pursuant to that, injury has been received and so far as these petitioners are concerned there are general and omnibus allegations of assault and they are the students and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to both the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, both the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, both the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, at Ranchi, in connection with Burmu PS Case No.60 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
