Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that when Review Petition No.187/2026 was called for hearing, Counsel for the Applicant was on adjustment and, therefore, he could not appear before this Court. It is submitted that the non-appearance was bonafide. Hence, he prays that the present MCC may kindly be allowed and Review Petition No. 187/2026 be restored to its original number. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 4. On due consideration and considering the submission made by counsel for the applicant in the application, which is well supported by the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the instant MCC. 5.
