The present Criminal Revision has been preferred against the judgment dated 28.11.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No.H-13/2017, whereby the Appeal preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 27.05.2017 passed by the trial Court was partly allowed and the sentence imposed upon the Applicants was modified to imprisonment till the rising of the Court with fine under Sections 325 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. None appears for the Applicants nor any representation is made even when the case is called in the second round of hearing. 3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the Revision for non-prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the instant Revision is dismissed for non- prosecution.
