As per the prosecution story, on 26.12.2025 on receiving a secret information of illegal transportation of Ganja a white Bolero Max Pickup No. UP64 CT-6904 and Renault Kiger No. UP71 BJ-9550 were intercepted. Applicant has been made accused only on the basis of the memorandum statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar @ Guddu.
