Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for restoration of the appeal filed by the petitioner to dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as early as possible. 3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. The Appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner and to dispose of the appeal after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
